A paragon means someone or something that is the very best. The English noun paragon comes from the Italian word paragone, which is a touchstone, a black stone that is used to tell the quality of gold. You rub the gold on the touchstone and you can find out how good the gold is. You are hoping that it is the paragon of “goldness.” – www.vocabulary.com
The Paragons’ Book Club is a group of normal people who wants to be extraordinary by reading quality books. We compile all the books we have read and turned our club into a mini library of quality books. We also got donations from several organizations which added to our book collections. We love to read books while drinking coffee and share our inputs on what we read. Until now we find differences on how we understood a book we read. Just a solid proof that our uniqueness will prevail every time. But it’s fun to listen to everyone on how they relate a story to the story of their lives. Everyone has a unique character, and that what makes us a paragon.
We are proud of the things we have achieved together. We taught children to read, provide reading materials and encourage them to love knowledge as much they love candies! We also help stressed moms by giving them inspiring books to help them savor the beauty of a good life. But most of all, we are proud of the friendship and good relationships we came across by joining this club.
